Honest caveat: if you need daily hands-on execution across many channels at scale, an agency or in-house team is the right call. A consultant is leverage for judgment, not a replacement for hands.

Before You Ask

Questions Founders Usually Have

Do you execute, or only advise?

Both, depending on the engagement. For SEO and content I often execute directly. For paid media and email I usually direct your team or vendors and stay accountable for the outcome. What I never do is hand over a deck and disappear.

What size of company do you work with?

Typically funded startups and SMEs between Rs. 1Cr and Rs. 100Cr revenue, and SaaS companies from seed to Series B. Below that, my fee is usually better spent on execution. Above that, you likely need a full-time leader and I can help you hire one.

How do engagements start?

Always with a diagnostic. Two to three weeks inside your analytics, funnel, and channel data, ending in a prioritised growth plan. Some clients take the plan and run it themselves. Most ask me to stay and run it with them. Either outcome is fine.

Why not just hire an agency?

If you know exactly what you need executed, an agency is fine. Most companies I meet do not know yet, and paying an execution shop before you have direction is how budgets disappear. Strategy first, then buy execution wherever it is best.
