On a small site, structured data is a nice-to-have you add page by page. On a large site, it is infrastructure. The discipline that prevents all of this is simple to state and easy to skip: validate the template before it ships, keep the markup in sync with what the page actually shows, and watch the Search Console enhancement reports at the page-type level, not the individual page. When an error surfaces, it is fixed once, in the template, and the fix propagates everywhere.
